SEAI is Ireland’s national sustainable energy authority and eml architects has designed their new HQ at Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2.

This fit-out of circa 2350sqm consists of office space on part third and fourth floor and includes all Cat B M&E services.

Accommodation includes new open plan office space (for up to 200 employers) reception areas, client meeting suites, collaboration area, canteen and a new two-storey feature staircase.

As part of the project we selected and designed new furniture, and developed a new look and feel for the entire office space with SEAI.
