Mixed Use Development

The design proposes a mixed-use development of office and build to rent apartments as well as a new pedestrian and cycle connection to Clonkeen Park. Currently there are two partially let office buildings on the site that date from the 1970’s.  It is proposed as part of this application that the northern building (The Highline) will be retained and extended by the addition of two extra floors. 

A separate planning application has recently been made (planning ref – D18A/0980) for works at the ground floor of that building.  In effect the building will become five storeys high over an existing basement with office use throughout.
