eml architects has designed the National Transport Authority’s new headquarters in Dublin 7

The National Transport Authority (NTA) is the transport authority for Greater Dublin and the public transport licensing agency for the Republic of Ireland. eml architects have worked with them to complete their new headquarters at Haymarket House, Smithfield in Dublin. The 7,400m² fitout included all Cat B M&E services providing modern flexible office space for over 500 employees.

eml acted as Integrated Design Team Leaders, providing full architectural and interior design services for accommodation including a wide range of workspaces tailored to support smart working practices. This included quiet focus areas, meeting rooms, wellness spaces, break-out zones, and collaboration areas, ensuring the design met the evolving needs of the NTA.
