Fit Out, Office Campus Expansion in City East Plaza, Limerick

Northern Trust is a world leading financial services company and eml architects have worked with them on the phased completion of their office expansion at NTP Plassey, City East Plaza and in Dublin since 2008. This latest 3,300sqm fast track fit out was from a developer’s grey box and included completely new Cat A&B M&E services accommodating over 300 staff.   

As part of this latest project, we also completely revised the furniture selection, design and helped develop a new look and feel for a fund administration centre of over 1500 employees. Accommodation included new reception areas, client meeting suites, open plan offices, meeting rooms, work cafes, staff gym, break out and flexible working areas. 

With completion of the latest phase, we will have fitted out over 15,000sqm of office space accommodating over 1300 employees for Northern Trust in Limerick and Dublin.
