Build to Rent Apartment Development

The development comprises of 189 Build-to-Rent apartment units with associated residential amenity spaces fronting on to James St, and landscaping works. The design proposes three blocks(A, B & C) that frame a central landscaped courtyard and range in height from three to eight stories.

Resident amenities are also provided off the main entrance and these include a resident’s lounge, a multi-purpose room for organised group activities (Yoga, Pilates, etc.), and private scheduled bookings. Communal amenity space is provided in the form of landscaped courtyards and gardens. At the centre of the site there are three courtyard gardens to the east and south which are readily accessible to all residents, in addition to a roof terrace on Block A.
