The Design strategy for this scheme of 40 houses has been developed around the mature trees to the west of the site and maximizing the views out over the new landscaped area and tree lined lane running along the southern boundary. This will ensure that the new community will live in a mature landscape, with existing biodiversity fully protected.

The housing is laid out in a series of Homezones, each connected by a new road and pedestrian routes, and nestled amongst the existing trees, stone walls and hedgerows.
