From a developer’s grey box, the fast-track fit out of 1,320sqm over two top floors of the six-storey building included a completely new look and feel, furniture solutions and M&E installation.

eml provided high level architectural input and coordination of branding and design standards.  

The layout consisted of an open plan office area, meeting rooms, a town hall, lab, staff exercise room and canteen area on the fifth floor. The upper floor accommodates a high specification reception area, cellular offices for CEO & CFO, meeting rooms, focus rooms, break out areas and open plan workstations for 130 employees. The layout was driven by a specific approach which enhanced employee collaboration and efficiency and optimised the use of space.
