eml architects were engaged by Analog Devices International to deliver a design for their Catalyst Innovation Hub on the Limerick Campus.

This is a fully flexible office space where ADI’s designers collaborate with their partnering companies in the design, prototyping and testing of cutting edge technological solutions.   

The Offices take advantage of full height glazing onto the existing mature landscape, and are clad with striking hexagonal metal panels. The facility also includes an extensive double height test space.  

Catalyst is a game changer in how ADI, World leaders in their field, facilitate design collaboration and interaction with their partners. 

“The project has been designed through a fast track process and eml handled all consultations with the Local Authority. This resulted in the achievement of Statutory approvals without any RFI or Appeals processes. 

 The project was also taken through a condensed tender process and from tender report stage commenced on site within 4 weeks.
