NTA HQ has reached Substantial Completion!

We are pleased to announce the substantial completion of the National Transport Authority’s new headquarters in Smithfield, Dublin. This project encompasses over 7,400 sqm across six floors, designed to provide a modern, collaborative workspace for more than 500 NTA employees.

We extend our thanks to the National Transport Authority for their trust in us to deliver this ambitious vision. Congratulations to the eml architecture team, including Project Director Mark Elliott, Project Architect John Wallace, Architectural Graduate Raluca Gaftoi, Associate Helge Koester, and Senior Architectural/BIM Technician Niall O’Connor, for their exceptional work in bringing the project to this important milestone.

Key contributors to the project include AECOM (Project Managers), Cumming Group / Chandler KBS (Quantity Surveyors), Turner & Townsend (Design Managers), Axiseng (M&E Engineers), O’Connor Sutton Cronin (Structural Engineers), Jensen Hughes (Fire Engineers), AWN Consulting (Acoustic Consultants), and NDY (AV & Smart Building Consultants), with T&I Fitouts Ltd. as the main contractor.
